PAYMENT METHODS AND CONDITIONS

To proceed with the payment at latiendadelrollo.com, you just have to follow all the steps indicated during the purchase process. To facilitate your purchases we offer you several payment methods:
  • Bank tranfer or deposit account
  • Debit or credit card
  • Cash on delivery (pay on delivery) * Not available for orders over 190€.

Bank tranfer or deposit account
La Tienda Del Rollo offers the possibility of making the payment of the order by bank transfer. The bank details will be displayed during the purchase process It is important to indicate the order number as the concept of the deposit or tranfer to be able to locate the payment as soon as possible. The payment is made effective in a period ranging between 24h and 72h, time in which the shipment will be delayed until we can verify the validity of the payment. However, if we receive proof of payment from the bank or personally, we can expedite the process. No commission is applied to this form of payment.
Credit or Debit Card
No commission is applied to this form of payment. The payment is effective immediatly and the order is processed as soon as possible. La Tienda Del Rollo has a secure payment gateway that prevents fraudulent use of credit or debit cards. All the data collected during the payment process are encrypted and verified with the bank.
  • The security of communications is guaranteed by means of the SSL certificate.
  • We comply with PCI/DSS regulations in the handling of transactions and anti- intrusion test.
  • We process 3D secure transactions and other anti-fraud security systems.
Cash on delivery
No commission is applied to this form of payment.

Only available if the order is NOT over 190€.

Payment is made at the time of delivery by the courier company. In this case the customer must make sure to have the exact amount to pay the courier at the time of delivery or collection. The order is processed as soon as possible.
Paypal
PayPal is one of the safest payment platforms on the Internet so payment through this platform is totally secure.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS FOR MAINLAND SPAIN

 
Home delivery
  The delivery time is from 24 to 48 hours (working days) depending on the destination city. The delivery is made by DHL.   The delivery time is from 24 to 48h from Monday to Friday, in the schedule established by the destination agency you have selected during the purchase process.   We will provide you the shipment tracking number by email, which you can check on the DHL website.   Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you by email. Orders placed before 13:00h will be shipped the same day and will be delivered within 24 to 48h (working days).   In some cases and depending on product availability, our customer service team will contact you to give you a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the product is available.   The courier company usually delivers during business hours, but if you need a specific delivery time  you can indicate it in the order comments. This does not guarantee 100% that this will be the case since it depends on the schedules and routes of the courier company.   We do not ship to PO Boxes.   To guarantee the quality of our services, all of our shipments are insured against loss or theft.  
Shipping Costs
  For mainland Spain shipping costs will be free for orders over 30 euros (VAT included). For orders under 30 euros the shipping costs will be 6 euros (VAT included.   For Balearic Islands the shipping costs for orders over 30 euros will be 6 euros, and for orders under 30 euros will be 12 euros (VAT included).   At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, although we are working on it.  

MINORS

  We do not sell products to minors. The products we sell must be purchase by adults. Minors under the age of 18 may only use the Services of latiendadelrollo.com under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

RETURN POLICY

  When you receive your order you should inspect it immediatly to verify that the order is correct, always before opening and consuming the products. If you have received a wrong order, or if the products are damaged or defective, please accept our apologies. These cases are very rare,however, we will try to solve this problem with you as soon as possible.  
Case 1: Returns due to purchase withdrawal.
  All products purchased at latiendadelrollo.com   can be returned and refunded, provided that you you indicate your intention to return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt and that they comply with the rest of the conditions set below.   Requeriments for returns due to withdrawal  
  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging.
  • For the return shipment you must use the same cardboard box with which the product was received, to ensure that it is well protected. In the case of not having this box, the customer must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives in good condition to our warehouses.
  • Include a copy of the invoice in the shipping box, where the products sent and the reason for return are marked.
Steps to follow:  
  1. Contact usto provide us with all the details of the product, through info@latiendadelrollo.com.
  2. We will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the product.
What we will do at La Tienda Del Rollo:   Upon receipt of the products we will proceed to examine them that is when we will inform you whether or not you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the purchased product/s.   Very important: only the amount corresponding to the product/s will be refunded, never the amount of the shipping and handling costs.   The return process will be carried ot as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we were notified of the intention of withdraw. The return will be carried out by bank transfer to an account with the same owner where the owner of the same is the person who placed the order. The customer will assume the cost and risk of returning the products, as indicated above.   We will not process returns of products that are not in the same condition in which they were received or that have been opened.   We will only refund the shipping costs of those returns for erroneous orders by La Tienda Del Rollo, as weel as products that are damaged or defective.  
Case 2: Returns for defective product
  Steps to follow:  
  1. Photograph the product so we can see the damage caused by transport and /or damage to the product.
  2. Contact us to provide us with all the details of the product through info@latiendadelrollo.com or by phone +34 681 05 54 01.
Whe we receive the notificationCuando recibamos la notificación, we will contact you to process the return shipment indicating how to proceed.   What we will do at La Tienda Del Rollo:   Upon receipt of the product vez recibido el producto, we will carefully examine the product and, within a reasonable period of time, we will contact you indicating wether or not we accept the return or replacement of the product. The exchange or return will be effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming acceptance of the return.
